All bookings (safari, resort, lodge, or package) are subject to availability.
Full/partial advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
Payment once made for safari permits is non-refundable (as per Govt. rules).
Safari permits issued by the Government are non-transferable & non-refundable.
Resort/hotel cancellations will follow the respective property’s policy.
In case of natural calamities, strikes, or park closure by Govt. order, refunds may not be possible.
Guests must carry valid ID proofs (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License) for safari entry.
Guests are expected to follow forest rules & maintain discipline during safaris.
Alcohol, smoking, and littering are strictly prohibited inside the park.
We ensure genuine & transparent bookings.
We act as a booking facilitator between guests, hotels, and the forest department.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to Govt. rules, weather, or natural causes.
Wildlife sightings are a matter of luck; we do not guarantee animal sightings.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage during your trip.
Guests participate in safaris and adventure activities at their own risk.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
