🔹 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Jim Corbett Vacation

At Jim Corbett Vacation, we value transparency and fairness. Please read the policies carefully before making a booking.

1. Safari Bookings (Government Permits)

• All safari bookings are issued directly by the Government Forest Department.
• Once booked, safari permits are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Cancellations due to weather, government restrictions, or operational reasons are beyond our control, and no refunds will apply.

2. Resort & Hotel Bookings

• Resort or hotel cancellations are governed by the individual property’s policy.
• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed according to the property’s rules.

3. Package / Tour Cancellations

• For customized packages, cancellation charges depend on pre-arranged services such as resorts, transport, and safari permits.
• Refund eligibility will be communicated clearly at the time of cancellation.

4. No-Show Policy

• Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a No-Show.
• No refund will be provided in such cases.

5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Situations)

• Events like strikes, lockdowns, natural calamities, or government restrictions may affect travel plans.
• Refunds cannot be guaranteed in such cases.
• Wherever possible, we will offer alternative dates or adjustments.

6. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
• Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
